The heart of Cosmic Sounds is the Moon Sound Baths. That’s where everything began, and indeed, to this day I get the most feedback on the New Moon and Full Moon Sound Healings. In each episode, I translate the New Moon or Full Moon horoscope into sound, making the astrological constellations audible through planetary frequencies. This is why an Aries New Moon in 2025 sounds different from an Aries New Moon in 2026. Therefore, these Moon Sound Baths are perfect for moon rituals or for aligning with the lunar cycle. Many people also simply use them to fall asleep.

Just as a Full Moon can be translated into sound, the essence of the 12 zodiac signs can also become audible. To explore this, I created the Zodiac Series. Within this series, I work with the planetary frequency of each sign’s ruling planet, while also giving space to its element. The result is twelve 10-minute Zodiac Sound Baths that let you explore the frequencies for yourself. For example, you might want to start by listening to your rising, your sun and your moon sign and simply notice where resonance happens. Alternatively, you can listen to the full series as one 120-minute Sound Bath.

Cosmic Hum & Sacred Silence

The Cosmic Sounds universe holds two more very special series. One is Cosmic Hum, based on planetary tuning forks and created as a nine-hour sleep meditation.
