1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products, sound services, and event tickets offered through https://humblehub.gr. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Types of Products & Services
We currently offer:

• Thank You Tickets
  Voluntary virtual contributions to support our free YouTube Sound Baths. These tickets are symbolic and do not include physical or digital delivery.
• Cosmic Symphony (Custom Sound Baths)
  A personalized sound experience composed based on your birth chart – delivered as a digital audio file.
• Gift Vouchers
  Gift vouchers are currently available for the following in-person experiences on Kimolos:
  – 60-minute massage
  – 90-minute massage
  – Private Sound Bath

3. Use & Limitations
All sound files (including the Cosmic Symphony) are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or public performance without written permission is not allowed.
Tickets and gift vouchers are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
Thank You Tickets are symbolic in nature and do not grant access to services or products.

4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g. PayPal). By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our sound files and custom services (e.g. Cosmic Symphony), these products are non-refundable once delivery has started.
Gift vouchers and event tickets (including Private Sound Baths) may be rescheduled but are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Thank You Tickets are voluntary contributions and cannot be refunded.

6. Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing a digital product or custom service, you expressly agree that delivery may begin before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the digital service (e.g. a sound file) has been fully delivered and accessed.

7. Affiliate Links
Some links on this site are affiliate links (e.g. to Meinl, Thomann, Amazon). If you purchase through such a link, we may earn a small commission – at no additional cost to you.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All texts, sound files, images, and graphics on this website are protected by copyright. Unauthorised use will result in legal action.

9. Liability
We take great care in the creation and curation of our sound offerings. However, responses to sound are individual. We cannot accept liability for physical or emotional effects experienced through the use of our services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any legal disputes shall be resolved by the courts located in Greece.
