Matthias

Hi, I’m Matthias (he/him) and I’m a massage therapist, sound therapist and Qi Gong instructor. My focus is on grounding, whether I’m massaging, working with sounds or teaching Qi Gong. I love giving massages, which is why Jenny jokingly calls me Massias. My massages do not follow a rigid routine. I adapt each massage intuitively to the needs of my guest. In the sound bath, I’m the one with the deeep bowl who keeps calm when something doesn’t go according to plan and when I’m not massaging or playing singing bowls, you’ll find me hiking in the mountainous parts of the island ⛰️

„I love good food, I love to shop for groceries and I love to cook. My Leo Sun likes to chill out in the sun, while my Capricorn rising really turns up the heat when he’s out and about in the mountains of Kimolos. My dream would be to one day offer Qi Gong hikes on Kimolos and share my perspectives on this stunning nature with others. After many years in Berlin, I really enjoy living in nature with all its forces. I always believe in the good in people and never give up hope. I think we should all be a bit braver when it comes to our dreams. Sometimes it’s worth taking a leap. Packing the kittens and our singing bowls into a rental van and driving 2,700 km across the Balkans was the best decision I’ve made in years. And I am delighted that I can now offer my massages on Kimolos.“

Hi, I’m Jenny (she/her) and I’m a physiotherapist, a sound therapist and a Reiki master who celebrates the symbiosis of science and spirituality. I have studied psychological astrology and love to share this knowledge also with people who are not interested in it 😆 I love combining sound and astrology and I wonder why there aren’t many more people who translate horoscopes into sounds. I’m the person who creates the YouTube Sound Baths and always adjusts our Sound Bath playlist to the constellations of the day. Furthermore, I also write all the blog articles and the MOON MAIL newsletter.

„I love blackouts in the dark when I can see the Milky Way with the naked eye. I love our two cats Kleo and Otis and the world’s best Kaiserschmarrn that Matthias bakes. I enjoy spending time alone and never feel lonely. I celebrate the magic in the little things that surround us all every day and I dream of a world without patriarchy. My Sagittarius rising has more visions than I can bring into the world in this lifetime, so I’ve started to slow down every now and then and just stare at the sea. I’m not willing to accept that the moon doesn’t want to be photographed by me and sometimes take a few steps “closer”, hoping that the picture will be better. I love to enchant and recalibrate people with sounds. I love to remind them that they are more than a bunch of bones, muscles and organs. And I am infinitely grateful that we can now bring the magic of sound to Kimolos.“
