we’re so glad you found your way here! We are Matthias and Jenny, two cat people from Berlin who moved to Kimolos in 2024 and now offer massage and Sound Baths on the island.

Even when we were still tourists on Kimolos, we fed kittens. As many of you probably do too…

The situation for stray cats on Kimolos is difficult.

Our aim here is not to criticise the situation or complain, but to take the first step towards positive change. There are many people who want to help and do something. We want to combine these forces and thus ensure that the situation for Kimolos cats improves fundamentally in the long term.

Purr Year’s Eve | A collaboration with the German animal welfare brand STRAYZ

In 2025, we released Purr Year’s Eve for the third year in a row. We teamed up with STRAYZ again to provide a calming Sound Bath for cats and dogs during the New Year’s Eve fireworks once more. The full Sound Bath was shared on a donation basis. In 2025, the donations from Purr Year’s Eve were dedicated to a woman on Kimolos who tirelessly cares for stray cats. She feeds them, medicates them and stays with them when no one else does. Her work often goes unseen. We stand with her.

On top of that, we’ve set up four donation tins for 2026. You find them at the tourist information, at Raventi in Psathi, at the pharmacy and at Kiki’s supermarket!
